Becoming a Kiddie Academy^® franchisee is an important decision for everyone involved. That's why we created our Discovery Process. It's designed to help you ask the right questions and learn as much as possible.

As you progress through our Discovery Process, you'll get all of the information necessary to decide whether a Kiddie Academy franchise meets your goals and objectives and is the right choice for you.

The Discovery Process begins with an exchange of general information about you and us that includes a preliminary qualification report and a brief pre-screening interview where you have the opportunity to have your questions answered.

Through a series of scheduled telephone calls, exchanges of correspondence, and presentations with one of our franchise sales directors, you will have the opportunity to learn about the Kiddie Academy system. You'll also have the opportunity to review our Franchise Disclosure Documents and gain an understanding of the site selection and academy construction process.

The Discovery Process also includes direct access to existing franchisees so you can speak with them about any issues, concerns, or questions you may have.

The culmination of the Discovery Process is your visit to corporate headquarters for Orientation Day. This is your opportunity to:

• Tour one of our Kiddie Academy locations and meet with the academy director and staff to see our programs in action firsthand.
• Get a presentation of our powerful online system-wide communication tool, KARES, which is used to support our franchisees and your business.
• Interview and be interviewed by selected members of our staff.
• Preview training, development, operations and site selection manuals, architectural drawings, construction process charts, equipment and our preferred vendor information.
