Real Estate and Construction:

• Kiddie Academy is a facility-based business and we will help you navigate site analyses, zoning, permits, and other key site selection elements.
• Our professional, experienced, in-house real estate team can assist you in your development of a variety of facility types, from a leased space to your own free standing Kiddie Academy^® signature building design, and almost every practical combination in between.
• Our experienced in-house construction management team works with you throughout the entire construction phase of your academy.
• We guide and advise you through the entire process including market demographics, site selection, the regulatory environment, and construction.

Operational Support:

• As a franchisee, you are assigned a Kiddie Academy operations team member as a single point of contact to support you in various aspects of your business, such as education, training, marketing, finance, and staff development.
• Your Kiddie Academy Franchise Business Consultant will make routine visits to your academy throughout the life of your franchise to offer ongoing analysis, training, quality assurance, and business guidance.
